I've been on almost every diet there is. Weight Watcher's is your best bet. By counting your points it helps you become more aware of what you're putting in your mouth and where your calories are coming from. If you had to answer this question what would you say?
What is the one thing that I could not live without?
Your house?
Your car?
Your spouse?
How about your body?
You only get one. Be good to it. Bad nutrition and lack of exercise lead to many health problems that can seriously diminish the happiness in your life.

I have tried Weightwatchers but this personally didn't work for me as I found it difficult to keep a tally on all those points. I opted for the easy points option where some things are free and others are added up for a weekly total. I haven't tried slimmingworld but I have friends that have lost weight using both. Personally, I am using SlimFast at the moment - easy to use - especially if you go out and good support and advice online - including recipes. They don't just do the 'shakes' now but a whole range. Combine any of these with a brisk walk or even slow jog a couple of times a week and the weight should drop off!!!

What height are you? You're probably th right weight for your height! If your under 18, I wouldn't suggest any diet! I here Weight Watchers is good though! How about going for walks or taking dance classes?!

stay away from the gym. u r right. that is boring!!
stay out of the house 2, cuz that just encourages more snakcing i find..
instead stay as active as possible. climb more stairs instead of lift. dance around your house?
dancing is a fun way 2 exercise.witout thinkin u r actually exercising!! i want 2 lose some weight 2. good luck
it is hard. its all about disciplining yourself so it is good brain exerecise 2. good mind over matter. u can do it. u can go go go!!!!!!!!

yuck.. no offence but 9 stone is 2 skinny but 8! wow u relli wnt 2 b stick thin got some news 4 u.. guys don't like skinny girls look around u and c who has b/fs and if ur older c who has the longest/most suceful mariages.. sex is important part of raithoinship and he probly he relli find u un-actactive i kno i would!!!

i was at weight watchers its great it does help but costs money been healthy eating 3 meals a day loads of water no snacks or if you want to get them snack healthy bars you and dance around when doing house work

no... try eating plenty of chicken... with lots of roughage... such as Basel and Lettuce... as well as Green Beans and Garden Pea... Peas in the pod are great too.
Lot's of onion to help with your heart rate and getting lots of blood and then make sure to drink lots of water.
Forget diets... just concentrate on spreading your meals out and eat lean, and get some exercise in... walk with a heavy bag on your shoulders for about 30 minutes a day and see what happens!
