Prayer and Mass keeps me steady through the day-to-days; For the recharge, I go to conferences, retreats and renewals. These events are great battery chargers because a) I get concentrated lessons, which always keeps me on the path, and b) I get the fellowship with other Christians that are there for the same reason I am, which affirms my desire to stay on the path...we were not meant to worship alone.

Any time is spiritual time. Or in other words, spirituality does not need time. Being faithful to the work you are doing is faithfulness towards spirituality. Everything that happens around you carries a spiritual lesson. How and what you learn out of it is your spiritual talent.
Prayer is an initial form of charging. The high-tech charging is the life itself. Means always your battery will have full power.
Walking gives excellent opportunities. I too enjoy it.

An intense time of Charismatic Worship with other believers can recharge my batteries pretty well. But I have used the quiet walk when on vacation. It is very nice also. At home in my "hood" it is not a good idea.

I am not a believer, but thank you for this thumbs up question!
I look for peace inside myself, by meditatiomn. Also, setting time aside once in a while to organize your thoughts, and seeing which of the things going through your head are really important.

I keep my spiritual batteries charged by attending church, praying, reading God's word and enjoying fellowship with other believers. I also listen to praise & worship music, including the 'classic' hymns.

I meditate, it gives me balance, joy and clears my mind. It makes me enjoy every moment , and I feel closer to God. This way i enjoy the presence of others and can have a good time with others or also only with myself.

I re-energize my creative energy ("spirit" to you) by launching a new project, changing my environment, or doing something totally different for awhile (such as wasting time on Y!A).
Humans tend to be emotional animals and emotions cannot be directly controlled, so must be accommodated as best they can.
