It absolutely stinks, but no-one will own up to it. What should I do?

I would happily own up to it, but it seems other people are less inclined

i would say, "it's normal that you have to pass gas, but at least say excuse me because this really ranks!" out loud. whoever gets up is the culprit.

You guffed back at the most probable suspect. If he looks at you in disgust, you give him a 'I-learnt-it-from-you' look....that's all!
If you guessed the wrong suspect and you guffed at him, then you pretend to fan the air and say loudly, 'Who the hell did that?!'

See if you can smell where in the office the smell is most concentrated look for the person who is closest.
I reckon she/he should be the next to make the teas!

spray something, anything, to make a point, to let the person know that everyone has had their monday morning wake up "smell" : )
