Ok, let me see if I can translate this properly:
"I am 25. I had sex with my husband during the time he came to my country for 10 days. At that time I was supposed to be ovulating but I didn't happen. He will come again in December and by that time I should be pregnant. Now I want to make myself ready to be pregnant but my period is not the same every month, what do I have to do?"
If that is what you meant then here is my answer:
Signs of Ovulation
Through personal experience as well as research - it has been found that if you have sex near the time of ovulation your chances of conceiving are the greatest. Learning how to tell when your body is ovulating is the key. To determine when you are likely to ovulate - you determine when your next period is due and count back 12 to 16 days. This gives you a the number of days when a woman most likely begins ovulating.
Using an ovulation calendar or ovulation predictor kits do the work for you, but learning as much as you can about your own body is also recommended. Gathering all the clues you can will definitely benefit your ability to pin point your time of ovulation and ultimately time intercourse so conception can occur.
The book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility, provides an excellent guide to learning about your body and when and how it ovulates so you can achieve pregnancy. It is a MUST READ for everyone who is trying to conceive. You can purchase this book directly from Amazon.com for a great low price!
There will be changes in your cervical mucus. The amount of cervical mucus increases as well as the texture. The quantity and texture change indicates the rising levels of estrogen. When the cervical mucus resembles raw egg whites, woman is generally considered to be at her most fertile. It is this mucus, resembling raw egg whites, which coats the path that the sperm will take on it's journey through the uterus, into the fallopian tubes and to your eggs.
Your body temperature will rise. After you have ovulated, your temperatures can increases, and that's what the basal body temperature thermometer detects. When your temperature rises sharply, it means you have ovulated and your body has released the egg. This stimulates the production of the hormone progesterone, which makes your body temperature elevate.
A woman is at her most fertile those 2 to 3 days before her temperature rises, and sometimes it takes up to 2 days AFTER ovulation for the progesterone to rise enough to raise your body's temperature. This is why it is always recommended that you chart your temperature each morning for a few months. The better you are able to detect a pattern and pinpoint your likely ovulatory date, the better your chances are.
Lower abdominal discomfort. There are women actually can feel when their bodies are ovulating. The feelings are said to range from mild aches to severe pain, and can last from a short minute up to a couple of hours.

Hmm....
If your married - perhaps you should live together!
:-)
If you want to improve odds - have him ejaculate 3 days prior and then not at all until you are together. During that period it helps if he is aroused multiple times to stimulate sperm production. He also should avoid hot tubs, hot baths and hot showers (luke warm, short showers only).
After intercourse lay on your back with your hips elevated, you should then have an orgasm (manually) to assist in the sperm distribution.
Continue sex only one time a day - same process, and get him aroused multiple times in between each session.
Do not douche at all during this time.
Your ovulation should occur betwwen 7 and 11 days after the 1st day of your period. You need to allready have his sperm inside you when you ovulate. The sperm can last inside you up to 3 days - your egg is only viable for about 12 hours.
Good Luck!!!

The absolute worst thing you can do is to get pregnant by some other man and try to say the baby is your husband's. He will know the baby is not his. You will destroy your marriage.
If it's important for you and your husband to have a child together, he will have to come see you or you will have to go to him every month until you are pregnant.
Sometimes, especially when people 'try' to become pregnant, it takes a while.

Gain about 10 pounds, you'll soon become pregnant. Unfortunate you can''t or your doctors can't do anything about making your period regular every month.
