Yes i agree. Have you tried spam filters or something that actually blocks such messages from unknown sources. Most of the times the Yahoo Server automatically (or by default) picks up at random some mail ids and sends these messages. It had happened to me once and i reported to Yahoo and it stopped for a while.

Be very careful where you go on the internet, as the sites you go to save your ""stamp of your computer," and it's saved in your cookies as well as in their data. You can go into your computer and adjust your cookies so you won't give the sites your information. Then you will eliminate the problem plus you need a spam blocker. Go to google.com and type in spam blocker, and you'll get a ton of sites to click on to download a free spambocker on your computer. But read and find out exactly what you are downloading. If you have someone in your family who is really computer literate ask him/her to help you and also for them to look at the cookies setting in your computer you use. Also never fill out any blanks on your computer with your personal information and hit "enter," because then it becomes their information.

Yes I hate it with a passion but I force myself to accept it because it means sales which is good for economy The spam isn't as bad as the lady that called my home to inform me I just won a cemetery plot free No charge All I had to do is purchase one for my spouse I BLEW UP AT HER. Anyone with common sense knows this gimmick Give one away free & double the price of the other. I HATE TELEMARKETERS>

In Yahoo mail, you have the ability to report each message as spam and you don't have to erase it as it automatically gets erased after you report it.

As to personal info, put fake stuff; I am known as Lisa Smith, from a different area of the country. (And, of course, I am waaay younger)
