I'd give the car to my best friend, ask him to drive the old lady to where she can be helped and stay with the sexy lady and offer her my personal assistance.

I would have to make three trips.
(1) The old lady; respect should be shown.
(2) The sexy lady; kindness to a stranger.
(3) My best friend would be last, and that would be okay with her. She abides by the "Golden Rule" also.

if i like the sexy lady very much , i will get down from my car, and ask my friend to drive the old lady to nearby hospital.

The old lady;s gonna die sooner or later......................but I will still give her a ride to the nearest hospital and fcuk the rest of them. Why didn't they try to carry her to the hospital in the first place?
