or do crunches work just was well. or do I have to do a combination of both? thanks and God bless u all.

A combination of both would give the best results. Running is mainly a cardio exercise which burns lots of calories. So if you have a lot of fat, running is a great way to lose some of it. Running does help to strengthen the abs, a little, though. Crunches really concentrate on strengthening the abs. So if you want great abs, you need to burn some fat so that your abs aren't hidden by fat and work the muscles. That's why the combination of both would be the best. Also, eating healthy is important, too.

The best exercises I've found for the stomach are pilates exercises. Pilates will give you a cardio work-out, which burns calories, as well as tone your entire mid-section. I like the dvd "Pilates for Dummies." Good luck!

no. it's one of the best exercise but there is no medication and or exercise that works without diet control.

try a yoga move called a plank this will strengthen your core muscles,try yoga .
