Mostly by peroxide or some color remover. You do need to test your skin first to make sure it can handle it, cause it is quite strong...the peroxide that is. Color remover on the other hand is not anywhere near as harmful on skin. Go to Sally and get some and see if it works. They may even have something else. Maybe lemon juice might work...just a thought. I always wear gloves so have never had the problem. I do use color remover on skin of clients when they have their hair colored and it works pretty good. It doesn't matter which color remover. Just go to Sally beauty supply.

Wash, wash, wash.
If it really isn't coming off after about the tenth wash, put rubbing alcohol on it and RUB it off. Don't dilute it with water either. It won't come off as easily.

Try paint turps.
But try a little bit on your skin first to see if your skin is too sensitive for it !
