She is 15, most science states that the growing cycle on women halts between 19 and 21. So i suggest you give her some time.

Time, if she is going to grow anymore it will be in the next 6mos to a year the growth plates in her body are closing or are closed. The best way to see if she is going to grow any more would be to get an XRay to see if the plates have fused.

Height is mainly due to genetic makeup. However, poor nutrition can contribute to a shorter than greatest potential height.
