Blood type of parents may affect or maybe a factor of medical conditions that would come up with their children, how true is this?

hereditary conditions are different. It may be something that the child will develop because the parents blood types do not match, like leukemia. Not 100% basis of the condition but, one of the factors...

O negative and O negative are incompatible
and A- and A- are incompatible all are ok

Not true. Medical conditions are genetic and not effected by blood type it self.
