want to get married by oct 31 looking for justice of the peace reverend to do the wedding

the marriage bureau will have a justice of the peace that you can schedule. go to your courthouse to get your license and schedule for the JP at the same time. It's that easy!

If you go to the place where you get your license, they should be able to give you a listing for justice of the peace.

If not there, try city hall. They should have listings for such things.

You could always have your ceremony on a day cruise- the ship captain would be able to marry you.

I called the registrar where I got my marriage license in Canada and they were able to give me a list of names.
