Did you want to start for your own company or work for someone? I suggest inquiring at the local country clubs, golf courses that have restaurants, and halls that rent for weddings and special events.(This can be done for either yourself or to work for another.) Also if you want to work for a company, call the different catering companies and ask if they are hiring.

start your own catering business. I do alot of catering out of my restaurant and it is an easy process. Just get your licenses, a good source for product and advertise. You will work full time and then some.
