I am writing a novel and i would like to add in a part of an autopsy report but i'd like to get the wording right. If you are able to help please let me know and i'll contact you with the details i'd like to have included. This will be a great help, i'd especially appreciate professional opinions.

I've seen many autopsy reports, but they are only brain autopsies, not whole body autopsies.

would that help?

You can actually do google searches with keywords such as "copy of autopsy report" and find sites that allow you to read an authentic report from some past event. I referenced a pdf document below that will show you the wording on one such autopsy, but you can continue the search and look for others as well.
