I already eat tons of veggies! I just started doing low-carb and lost 8lbs in a week! It's not hard and I'm still eating lots of veggies just not so much sugar and junk! It's really helped!

Good luck!!

At first I had to poop like three times a day, but after about two weeks my body normalized to it and now I maintain a very high-fiber diet. Honestly, I didn't notice a change in my appearance I don't think. Come to think of it, I think a lot of my hair fell out... not too much or too thin, but I noticed a change. I also don't think I noticed a change in energy level. This was also coming at a time while I was working full-time night shifts and going to school during the day, so most of the bad things could be largely stress related.

Anyway, I like how I eat because the fruits and vegetables taste great and they are filling and I'm not craving them like an addiction like I do with sugary and starchy foods.

Within this year, I've become vegetarian, and now vegan... before that I had already cut out dairy and all sources of gluten. I also don't eat refined foods or pop. I have a lot less breakouts, tons more energy (especially when I eat several small portions throughout the day), and because I practice food combining I have hardly any digestive complaints. The best thing that's happened to me is that I have utterly no more PMS symptoms, and I used to have everything! That's proof enough that diet has changed my health.

(Oh, and I lost 40 lbs in 6 months...teeeheee)

My mom made me a big pot of vegetable soup a couple weeks ago which I ate all week and it DID make me feel like a million bucks.

I also quit drinking soda because of the hot weather and started drinking gatorade and I have slept like a baby at night. Pretty amazing.

I was veggie, began eating meat again 4 months ago and I have aged two years facially in that time!

Not me...though I have been trying to eat healthier lately...and getting more sleep helps as well...I can't go the whole vegetarian thing..it really doesn't agree with my digestion...I need meats as well...but lots more veg lately and more slep...less dark circles under the eyes...
