I got clinically diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 5 years ago, when I was still in college and had a stupid one-night stand. I know lots of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/QnfNs everything got better.

Not only was I able to eliminate all remnants of the hsv from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just last week, in front of everyone in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This system provided the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others by sharing this story.

No, you cannot get it except from direct contact with a person who has it.

Anyone that tells you different is wrong. It cannot live outside the warmth and fluids in the body.

Also, it has a long incubation period so your friend is not going to know if he got it for quite some time. You never said if he used protection or not, that too is a big consideration here.

catching it from the seat is not likely because the virus dies. Get a spray that kills germs and spray the seat before you sit. A towell yes!!!! Dont pick up his clothes or towells that are dirty.

I was curious so I had to google it, lol and what does it say yes from a damp towel if they rubbed themselves with it and the virus was on the towel and then you rubbed yourself with the same towel you could theoretically get it. This is where I read it at.

I don't know if that comment from lizardlover is true, but I'd be bleaching the toilet seat, anyway.
