specifically the country with the highest rate per capita is Swaziland with 38.8% of the population infected, 2nd is Botswana with 37.3%! (so sad...)
HOWEVER, the highest death toll from AIDS is in Botswana. I think the avg lifespan is 45 years.
United States ranks 69th with .6% of the population affected. The problem is that these are only estimates and noone can actually say for sure!!!
