Yes you can add them to Pansit Canton, Pansit Bihon and Pansit Miki, but be careful of the amount, because some Chinese sausages are sweet and could alter the over-all taste of the pancit. Pansit Malabon and Pansit Luglog definitely will be ruined by Chinese sausages. Sotanghon gisado and Sotanghon with soup can't have them either.

Anything to your tasting actually. But make sure it's chopped finely. Had a coworker brought rice noodles with the chinese sausage in it and tasted pretty good.

If you want, but I personally don't like chinese sausages. Probly because I eat it quite often out of my own free will
