Your heart will initially beat faster leading up to, during, and right after an orgasm, which is normal. But if you're talking 20 minutes after an orgasm, then you've got to see a doctor, you could have an undiagnosed medical condition.

Well... yes and no.,... I am going to take a female(as an example)
Actually, it would depend on individuals and orgasm levels, as long she won't feel exhausted in the next morning.
It is oK to have a lot of orgasm in one night. After she orgasms, her body will burn out some testosterone and her pituitary will produce a little more orgasm inhibitor Prolactin. She will call for stop once her testosterone becomes too low to power the pituitary to produce the orgasm hormone Oxytocin no more. That is, Prolactin overrides Oxytocin in her body. If her endocrine function can pump out more DHEA and testosterone within hours, she will not experience sexual exhaustion. A nap will be sufficient for her to restore her DHEA and testosterone levels.
If too many orgasms give her post-orgasmic pains or cramp or she feels exhausted in the next morning, One can take a hefty vitamin tablet.. a good one.
