Here's what you need to do > Eat only fresh fruit in the mornings as for breakfast, the fruits is what helps clean our bodies, you can drink juice if you want but only fresh home made juice ( Not from a can or bottle) Around lunch time you'll want to eat above ground veggies like corn, peas and green beans. Those kind of veggies. These are what gives us energy during the day. Please nothing from a can. They won't do u any good at all.
Supper time you'll want to eat those veggies grown below ground like carrots and potatos. Here's the catch The only thing you can cook is the potatos and I would suggest slowly baking those, Everything needs to be eaten raw. The heat in cooking kills the things we need to make us healthy. Nothing processed at all is allowed you'll be defeting the purpose. only clean water to drink ( no tap water , thats some nasty stuff ) no coffee no tea no beer or whiskey no soft drink of any kind.. Abosolutley nothing that is processed and at your best don't cook any of it. at least if you have to cook it cook at extreamly low heat and not for any lenght of time. Oh you can have peanuts almonds ectt... raw no salt sorry no salt or butter to any foods either.
Your trying to remove the toxins and you will lose wieght. when the body rids itself of all the toxins you should gain a little back to where you are suppose to be.

The diet is too much to handle becaue you're making yourself uncomfortable. If you make yourself uncomfortable with dramatic lifestyle changes, you wont stick with it. I think what will work best for you is one or two small changes at a time. That is how a lot of people do it. My mom used to be big as the side of the house and she started with small changes. First she gave up candy bars and after a week or so she gave up cheese burgers then after another week or so she started walking a little bit.... and just gradually keep adding those small changes. Shes fit now.
I think you could benefit a lot with some nutrition or fitness coaching. Most people need that because they want to change and have all the drive to do it and stick with it, but just don't know what to do or how to start.
Small changes make all the difference. I don't know what you do all day but one small change could be to just start taking stairs instead of an elevator... or if you have whole milk with your cearal, switch to skim or 2% just things like that. Or, if you eat breakfast as school, instead of having the biscuits and gravy, have fruit and oatmeal or whatever else is available that's a better choice. Or stop having ketchup with your French fries (its all sugar). It really does work.
I've spent lots of money on diet clinics and stuff that use drugs or put you on a really strict diet and the results never lasted because it was just too dramatic and I went back to the same bad habits. The only things that ever let to lasting resuts was the small changes that I stuck with... like parking far away from buildings and walking through the parking lot rather than parking as close to the door as I could... I've even joined extreme fitness classes like crossifr and never stayed with them because it was just too much all at once.
One thing you can do that you wont really notice is don't eat everything on your plate... leave like 20% of it. At the end of the month, all that food really adds up.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

If all you ate was pickles....no. Pickles won't make you gain weight in the "fat" form either. However, they do have a lot of sodium in them when they are bottled/packaged for distribution. This will make a person retain water weight. So, eat pickles in moderation like everything else. Eating them as a snack instead of, let's say, Hostess Cupcakes, well, then yes....you will lose weight because your choosing a pickle or two over a very very fattening item. Cupcakes. Well I guess if you eat a pickle you'll be full and won't eat junk food or something, but theres nothing actually about pickels that would make you lose weight at all.
