wasabi, i thought it was guacamoli so i put a lot on my california sushi and it was so hot i could feel it coming out of my nose. ooohhh and do you know the history of horseraddish, well some time ago when some people went to germany they asked the germans what they called the root and they said maretesh and so the other people thought they were talking about a horse (mare) and put it with the second part (etesh) and pronounced it raddish

Dave's Insanity Sauce. I like hot, but I can't eat this straight. One drop in a bowl of stew will spice it up quite nicely.
I put wasabi on my ice cream. Wasabi and horseradish are in the same family.

Habanero peppers are the gnarliest hot peppers ever!! They are also called "Scotch Bonnet Peppers" by some people. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling them, as the sticky pepper resin is very painful when touched to the eyes, mouth, genetalia etc.

pure capsaicin extract. It's 300,000 scoville units of heat. it is absolute fire. One drop is enough for me. Three drops and you wont taste for two to three days.
Habaneros are about 9,000 units and that is hot!
There is a Szechuan pepper called "to the sky" in Chinese that is hotter than a habanero. (it's a small green pepper that curls upward hence the name.
Ethiopean food is the hottest ethnic food that I have ever tasted (it's wonderful). it is way hotter than Hunanese Chinese food which is hotter than Szecuan Chinese food.
