On a trip to Singapore, I had a spicy curry made from the local mud carp, it is a 10+ on the spicy scale, so as long as it is cooked well, the thought of a fish head is an adventure

$5??? thats pretty cheap for fish head soup..... not only would i eat some i would order some "to go" when i got done eating

it's actually pretty good... i'd know because i've tried it before... it's like that saying "one man's garbage is another's treasure". i just think people ought to be more open-minded about trying different kinds of food.
