My favorite variation of this is triple marinated chicken

Defrost and cut into small pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (I use frozen boneless, skinless chicken tenders from Meijers).
Put into a baking dish
In bowl, combine honey dijon mustard, Hunts honey barbecue sauce, and Korean Teriyaki sauce. I mix until I get the flavor I want), then spoon on top of the chicken, cover with foil and put in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Tender and juicy and wonderful with cooked instant rice!
