firstly your relationship with this chap must of been ok to begin with otherwise you wouldnt ofasked him to feed the cat while you were on holiday, thechap proberbly thought he was doing you a favour cutting the ivy , older chaps ( no offence to older chappies out there by the way) tend to get set in their ways and like busying themselves around the garden pottering about and it makes them feel like there doing there bit helping out whileyou were away and proberbly felt proud that you trusted himto take care ofthe cat, thingshave obviously gone pear shaped and it makes me wonder if you or someone you told hastold him your not happy or youdidnt give him a thank you present or thank him for looking after the cat, ifthisis the case he proberbly things you were being ungrateful andnow has a grudge thats why hes chucking things over the fence, if i were you i would i would just seeif things would calm downyou dont want to fall out with a neighbour i meanhe looked after your cat have you thanked him , if not mayby you should.

I have stir fried, used in soups and ate raw. Cook just like you would a potato as the above mentioned.
