I am looking to get in shape after a baby, and I wanted to know what your opinion is--what is better? A manual treadmill or a bike? I can only afford one, and I was wondering what you thought was "better" in terms of exercise. Thanks!!

Treadmill will target more areas in the body for a new mom like you. If your planning to shed the baby weight you've gained... treadmill is the best option for an inddor exercise machine.

Well just one thing, jogging is probably the best cardio you can do, a lot of people cant do it, for knee problems, but if you can go for it. Riding a bike its good too, but it takes longer to burn calories, unless if you do it in a very intense way...
