STD"s like Herpes, Genital Warts and Crabs have physical signs however for most of the other STD's there are no physical signs by looking some people don't even know they are infected because they may not get any symptoms which makes things harder. The best thing to do is always use Condoms no matter what because there are so many different STD's and people aren't always honest about what they might have.

The only way to know is to have them get tested and see the test results..ask about their sex history as in how many partners even though that has nothing to do with the price of tea in china..lmao they could have slept with one person who just happened to have a disease.
Some times you just never know even if they were tested and the results showed negetive for anything ..something could just come up with in an amount of time and they or you wouldnt know it unless they were tested again by then it could be to late. its a chance you take by haveing sex with someone who has had sex before.

here is a novel approach. ASK THEM! Ask them if they have been tested for sexually transmitted diseases. Ask them if they have had many sexual partners who are no longer with us. ASK them if they would mind being tested. Brings a whole new meaning to the term: "I'll show you mine if you'll show me yours"---test results that is. :-)

You have to assume that everybody does have sexual diseases and either wear a rubber yourself, or have the guy wear one. You can and should ask, too, its awkward but it has to be done. "When was your last HIV test, or Hepatitas test?"
