Tostitos makes those little cup shaped tortilla chips. just put a bunch of them on the counter close together. Sprinkle some taco meat over the whole bunch. then a little shredded lettuce then the same with a little shredded mexican spiced cheese. go ahead make a mess, that's the idea.
All you do now is pick them up and shake off the extra stuff and line them up on a serving tray. serve up buffet style with sour cream and salsa. scoop the mess up off the counter and use it for the next batch cuz you;ll need it. the whole thing takes about 10 minuites.

If you can find a heart shaped biscuit cutter you can make some great ham biscuits. Use the pre-cooked ham slices or the spiral ham stacked up on the biscuit. You can use canned biscuits if you roll them somewhat thin. You can serve Dijon mustard on the side - saw this in an old Southern Living magazine and they looked really elegant!

Taramasalata and Hummus served on crusty bread. Both great Greek/Turkish dips. Would suit vegetarians as well.

Fruit tray with this dip:
1-8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
mix until smooth.
This is so yummy, it is good with all fruit but apples are my favorite.
