I find this very ironic. No doubt if I was to say 'Veggies are scrawny, short, pale and sickly' as many people believe, I would he shouted at most loudly.

Of course, if you're going to claim that is a false generalisation, you really shouldn't make an even bigger one yourself, you just end up looking stupid. Most of the population eat meat; most of them are perfectly healthy and not fat at all. Neither are most of them pale. In fact, all the healthiest people I know are meat eaters (of course so are most of the people I know).

No doubt there are some meat eaters that are fat and pale, no doubt there are vegetarians who are scrawny and sickly.

I used to be a scrawny pale omnivore.

I'm now a scrawny pale vegan.

Get off your moral high horse and show some intelligence instead of just digging at "animal flesh eaters."

you can easily be vegetarian and fat or unhealthy.

im chunky and eat a lot of junk food.
ive also been a 'vegetarian' for 10 years.

i think, if anything, vegetarians seem to be paler, but i dont think theres much if any connection between skin tone and eating habits.

vegetarians, i believe in general, do seem to be thinner than meat eaters, but probably not by much.

That's a bit of a generalization. I know tons of skinny tan carnivores, I eat very little meat (some chicken or fish about twice a week) and I am way paler than a lot of people.

Im not that pale and Im not that fat(moderately chubby) and I like the taste of " animal flesh" better than bean sprouts and veggie burgers

I haven't noticed this...but I have noticed fat veggie eaters which is really kind of...hmm...ironic. True story...my ex-boss was a salad muncher and she was just pretty big...not really fat but she was good and chunky...the whole time she is sitting there eating her salad, rice and beans and fruit she is saying how healthy she feels but she forgets you still have to count calories and control fat. lol hysterical.

I love meat. I'm really tan and weigh 110. Been eating the stuff all my life. I've noticed most Vegans look pale and sickly.
