How do I know my stomach is full?

I have been eating from more than my normal diet but now, I have lost hte balance. I don't know which is more than enough. My mom told me that I should enough so after eating I am capable of running.(not that I should) Howver, this made my diet below average. It used to be way above it. How do I know? When I feel like burping?

It takes your mind approximately 20 minutes to realize that your stomach is full. Meaning, even if you've had enough, you may actually be eating more than you should for another 20 minutes since your brain hasn't processed the feeling of fullness yet.

To remedy this, eat slowly instead of just continually stuffing yourself to prevent yourself from eating excess calories. Take the time to savor each bite and chew slowly. Studies also show that mindless eating (such as eating while watching television) causes you to overeat as opposed to having a more conscious and slow pace of eating.

Burping is not an indication that you are full, but simply a way of expelling gas from the body. We usually burp after eating from the air that we gulp while opening our mouths, chewing, drinking soda or other fizzy drinks and talking.

Count calories and don't eat over 800 at a time. Eat only 3 times a day-no snacking. (700 a meal if you're small or inactive.)

do it like this. your stomach is the size of your fist. if your proportions are way over that then you know. you don't nee to eat like a cow. so you should even know by the way you feel. maybe your metabolism is just really fast and it digests fast. just remember the fist
