It could just be jock itch, or a few ingrown hairs, etc., but you need to know for sure before you have oral s*x or full on s*x with this guy. The next time you are getting ready to get physical, make sure there's a little more light in the room so you can SEE down there, and if you see something, ASK HIM what it is! I definitely would not do anything with him until you know for sure. And if full s*x, then have him wear a condom.

number one i think you should just be straight up and ask him. be real about it... it may be an uncomfortable question but hey, for your health you need to know. but then if you just gave him some head, if he has an STD and depending on what it was, it may be too late. if this is a serious enough relationship you both should go get tested. but just because you see something don't make a judgment with out asking him... go straight to the source... for all we know he could have acne... it is skin just like any other part of the body...

It's hard to say. When herpes is healing it usually a few red dots that take a while to go away. (White or skin colored dots are HPV (warts). If you're not madly in love with him, dump him. One guy I was with showed up with a small scab -- told me he got it caught in his zipper a week ago. I showed him the door. It was a REAL shame, he was QUITE the boy toy!!!

Just be straight with him ask if he's been checked out. Its always better to suggest that you both get tested if its not to late. continuing in unsafe habits can cause heartache after the fact. He may not know or didn't know how to approach it.
Be kind but stern if you don't feel comfortable with continuing your unsafe sex habit.

I'm just shocked that you are just dating him and you are already doing that. Anyway, it could be STD and you two should both see a doctor because any red marks there or unusual bump is already something.God bless!

in case you do not experience gentle asking him what the "dots" are you particularly should not be having oral sex, or sex, or some thing that intimate. Have extra appreciate for your self. If the "red dots" are raised, that is totally accessible he ought to have herpes. stay faraway from his genitals and communicate about it. you do not opt to get what he has! Herpes is for existence!
