I have unbelievable Filet Mignon, 15lb Lobsters, Kobe Beef... but nothing has topped Chilean Sea Bass...
or can u think of something???

fresh striped bass is so superior to the stuff thats being marketed as "Chilean Sea Bass. It's ridiculous
Chilean sea bass is a trade name for Patagonian Toothfish and it is not a bass and it is almost always sold as frozen filets.
Due to it's popularity it is being over fished so take some responsibility and stop ordering it.

Foi Gras is one of my favorites. I love Chilean Sea Bass as well, probably the best seafood ever!

You have my vote, Chilean Sea Bass is sooo good. I like uni, too, but you can't really eat an 8oz slab of that!

I just can't resist the good ole blue cheese crusted spicy garlic porterhouse. Sea Bass is good though.

Escargot - broiled in garlic butter - will make you melt. Then again, I didn't know what it was til after I had eaten them......A long afternoon on River St in Savannah GA & several drinks along the way - but that's another story!

sea bass is indeed the most delicious fish ive ever tasted but i try not to eat it as often because its endangered!

Depends on how it's prepared as to how good it is and then, of course, you must have the right sides to compliment.
