Indian, because chinese is usually synthetic, gloopy rubbish that may taste good but leaves you feeling a bit empty. You'll also be hungry again in about 2 hours. It's full of monosodium glutamate which is a flavour enhancer becasue a lot of 'chinese' takeaway needs all the help it can get. MSG is also really bad for you.
A good curry on the other hand will almost definitely have been freshly made on the premises and will be at least based on an authetic recipe. It's also delicious and filling and the spices stimulate parts of the palate that no other food can, giving you that really satisfying feeling while you're eating it. Mmmmm, curry. Naan bread, pickles and popadums, delicious vegatable side dishes - be adventurous, try something on the menu you've never had befor.
God I'm hungry!!!

Indian.

I love indian food - either from a restaurant or made 'properly'.

Why?

I love the sharing of an indian - when you go out for a mea and there is a few of you, and you order loads of food, have a bit of this, a bit of that, sharing and chatting and drinking wine. Its a real sociable thing (and I'm not talking about the end of a night when you are all bladdered!!). There are enough flavours and dishes to suit everyone there, its great. Deffo Indian!

Definitely Indian.. Chinese once in a while only, coz it contains many artificial ingredients and flavor enhancers which are bad for health..MSG for example..That is why it seems to be delicious and addictive, whereas Indian food contains the real spices and nothing else..

Chinese everytime. Because sweet and sour chicken and chicken fried rice is the tastiest meal on the planet. I'm off to get a chinese myself in an hour.

Chinese food is about as exciting as roast beef & yorkshire pudding, with mashed tatas & brussels ....followed by the oh so exotic jam roly-poly and lumpy custard...... so exciting it could send a glass eye to sleep ! Give me a good Indian meal everytime, in fact I think I could tackle Indian food for every meal of the day, and sitting here typing this is literally making my mouth water just thinking about it ....... anyone seen that menu anywhere ......?

Chinese takeout because I hate Indian food with a passion. My favorite would have to be Mexican above all else.

Mmm... Chinese, definitely. More flavour, less throat-blasting spice, spring rolls, crispy seaweed.... Mmmm, hungry now.

Also:
I like Chinese food,
The waiters never are rude.
Think of the many things they've done to impress,
There's Maoism, Taoism, I Ching and chess.

I like Chinese, I like Chinese.
I like their tiny little trees,
Their Zen, their ping-pong, their yin and yang-ese.

I like Chinese thought,
The wisdom that Confucious taught.
If Darwin is anything to shout about,
The Chinese will survive us all, without any doubt.

So, I like Chinese, I like Chinese.
They only come up to your knees,
Yet they're wise and they're witty, and they're ready to please.

Hope that didn't offend any Chinese people out there - just quoting Monty Python - and it's all affectionate! ;)
