Mercury is bad for all people. I know sometimes it is found in all fish. As long as it is commercially sold, and you don't eat it all the time, my suggestion would be sushi is ok once in a while. (I wouldn't eat sushi myself because of the taste).

Have you ever had your blood tested for mercury? If the level is low, then go ahead and eat whatever you like. Only people who can't get rid of mercury should worry about what they eat.

The only thing that is bad for people with autism is beer and since were talkin about food here the only food that would be bad for you would be magic mushrooms so stay away from that stuff and dont let your paranoia get the best of you to the point where your actually going on web site asking if certain foods are bad for you, Im trained in this field i know they arent so go ahead and enjoy your samon and dont be so paranoid

Not all fish have mercury in them. The ones in rivers and lakes do not have mercury. I know some people who go fishing only to get this type of fish.

There is no link between mercury and autism. That is an urban legend.
