I love to eat it alot every day! Will i die if i eat alot?

When somebody mentions sushi my mouth starts to water serious addict here.

I think alot of people are addicted to sushi. I dont see any problem as long as your eating other things that balance out your diet.

would eating too much get you an overload on the stuff in the sushi? like avacado, and the raw fish. it might help for you to eat a lot of veggies and fruit everyday also to counter the sushi.

Mi opinion is that any addiction is bad for you, because doesn't let you make free choices. But the the way, I tried sushi a couple of times and never again.

Fish is good for you. Just make sure your fish particularly salmon come from Sustainable resources that do not produce alot of mercury.

its not exactly normal. but its not a bad thing. sushi is delicious. no u wont die. but u need other nutrients too.

u will look like blowfish soon be careful. try sashami also nice i ate it once. raw but tasty.
