I was watching some channel that said pigs meat is white because like us they eat anything, as oppose to cows who eat only grass there blood is oxidated(or something) which makes there meat red, so I wonder is vegetarian(or more so vegan) meat/flesh red or white?

it really isnt a oxymoron, because meat eaters eat animal meat, and those animal are herbivores, or vegetarians, like the cow(until we feed them there own bones, and made mad cow, so no loger herbivores)

humans r know as long pigs, or the other white meat, so r meat wouldnt be red, r blood makes it red, cows meat is red, meat refering to the muscles, that when cooked either is left red or white, as in chicken, and pork, red meat is often comes from cattle
