I was watching some channel that said pigs meat is white because like us they eat anything, as oppose to cows who eat only grass there blood is oxidated(or something) which makes there meat red, so I wonder is vegetarian(or more so vegan) meat/flesh red or white?

it really isnt a oxymoron, because meat eaters eat animal meat, and those animal are herbivores, or vegetarians, like the cow(until we feed them there own bones, and made mad cow, so no loger herbivores)

humans r know as long pigs, or the other white meat, so r meat wouldnt be red, r blood makes it red, cows meat is red, meat refering to the muscles, that when cooked either is left red or white, as in chicken, and pork, red meat is often comes from cattle

It took me a while to get what you were asking. I misread it like the last answerer.

Evolutionarily speaking, it may be that some animals have white meat and some have red meat because of their diets (I'm not sure)—but if you start feeding a cow not only grass but also food from other sources, its meat is still going to be red.

Humans are red meat, regardless of diet.

I have never heard of Vegetarian meat (or "Vegan") meat. On the surface, this sounds like an oxymoron. I guess I need to watch whatever channel you were watching to learn more about this.

I must say your question was hard to decipther however I gathered you are talking about the colour of meat.
You say you are NOT a cannibal and yet you eat meat?
I am a vegetarian, I never eat meat, what colour would my meat be???
Unlike yours and other meat eaters I guess it would be the same as a cow. Untainted from devouring harmless animals.
Andy (above) disgusts me......

Pig meat is almost exactly like human meat; they're both quite salty, and very similar in most ways. In many old cannibal communities, human meat was called long-pork, in reference to that they were so similar. Because of that, I think human meat would be red, veggie or not. Pork is red meat, it may not look very red, but it is. Look red meat up on wikipedia and you'll find pork listed.
