i was reading an article about this guy who runs 100 mile races, and he mentioned that 5 years ago he became vegan and he hasnt had an injury since. i've been considering making the change myself, but i was wondering if any vegan athletes could vouch for this, and if so, if anyone had anyone could provide a sample menu
