Any grocery store should have it. Do you have a Whole foods market? Or try health food stores. I see soy cheese everywhere.

I believe you can buy this at Trader Joe's. I used to work there and we stocked several different kinds. There was sliced in two flavors, and shredded. Im not 100% about wether or not it has casinate or other milk products in it.
you may also want to try Wholefoods, or Wegmans.

It all depends on where you live. Here in the midwest, we can get it at the local Giant Eagle grocery, but I don't know if you have those. Nationally, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Trader Vics, and most of those upscale health food groceries should carry it.

depends on where you are - in the US, Canada and UK most grocery stores keep it in stock and it is widely available.
