The more unusual the better - I usually stick with chicken but I want to try something new.

Lamb lends itself to well to Karahi which is a medium spiced dish. If well prepared the lamb should be really tender and well fused with the spices. Don't be affraid to ask the staff in your local curry house, they'll probably be really helpful and may even offer you a speciality that isn't on the menu. (Did that sound rude? The bit about offering you a speciality? I didn't mean it to, it's probably just my twisted brain. If it did, sorry)

Lamb and eggplant. It is a dish to DIE for. I salivate even thinking of it.
It would be labeled something along the lines of lamb (memna)bangan (eggplant).
Btw, I'd suggest eating it with roti or nan, rather than rice, but that's just because I've always eaten north indian style.

Lamb Korma, but it's a question of taste. Roghan Ghosh? Shouldn't really be lamb,should be made with mutton.
