I work at a McDonalds and yes other people do order it. You are not alone!

I haven't considered doing that, but it's a good idea. Salad, especially the generic green salads sold at most fast food places, can get boring.
I thought McDonald's sold a McVeggie burger (maybe it isn't nationwide). I tried it once and it wasn't bad. But, a meatless Big Mac would be good in an emergency.

I haven't done it at McDonalds. At Carl's Jr. though, there is a meatless burger that I get. I went in so often that this girl would start punching it in once I was in front so all I had to do was pay her. Then one day I went in and there was another girl working. "Wait...you want a cheeseburger...without the burger?"
Such a cute expression.

I prefer a meatless "whopper with cheese, no onion." I like it even better than the BK Veggie. I haven't had one in ages- I mostly do Subway now.

I order it all the time - the Wendy's hamburger w/o the meat too (they'll put extra lettuce, tomato and onion in there for you)
