It could be stress related to begin with. I tend to clamp down on my teeth when I'm sleeping during stressful times. That could be hurting your mouth. My husband has had chest pains a couple times and it was "stress related" -- also meaning stomach acids coming up and it causes the pain in your chest -- just doesn't quite feel like indigestion.

GO TO ER!!!
Women have different symptoms of heart attack than men. They sometimes get jaw pain! I think because of the jaw pain, chest & back pain and dizziness you should go to the nearest ER! These are pretty classic symptoms of a heart problem. There are congenital defects that can cause heart problems in young people. Heart problems are not just for the old. If this is heart related, it is easier to treat when caught early. There are other things that can cause aches and pains but why gamble with your life??? DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE NUMBER ONE SYMPTOM OF A HEART ATTACK IS??? DENIAL! OK, so the responsible thing to do is go to ER and get checked out. Please?

Many young healthy people have heart attacks. Im not saying you are having one but you need to have it checked out by a cardiologist. Stress can cause heart failure.
I am considered young and i have many heart problems its not an age thing.
See you doctor and demand a stress test.

This sounds like either a heart attach coming on or acid stomach (gerd} See your doctor soon to determine which you are experiencing and there are meds for either one and it will help your anxiety to find out for sure. The symptoms are the same for both so get it checked by a doctor. please.

you need to get to the emergency room quickly. don't take these signs lightly. it also could just be gas, or pancreas problems.
don't worry stress makes everything worse. Lighten up on high sodium foods and quit drinking pop if you don't feel it is serious enough to see the doc

You might be having panic attacks. I am 28, and thought I was having a heart attack. I went to the emergency room, and I was having a panick attack. You might want to go the doctor.
