It's amazing anyone thinks that by cutting out a huge segment of a humans natural diet, and then subsequently refusing to eat anything of the remaining segment that has been cooked, could possibly be healthier. It's a very limited diet, many veggies are inedible/toxic/unhealthy until cooked (like soy, which is something many vegans rely on), and has no benefits per se. Maybe eating a wide range of fruit and veg does have benefits, cutting out so much of a normal, healthy diet does not.

Eating raw veges and fruit (I'm not into eating everything raw.) will be more satisfying and you will displace other foods that are more calorie dense. You'll feel better and maybe even lose weight, and may well live longer than if you only eat processed foods.
