My favorite brand of soy pasta was taken off of the market. I'd like to make it myself with soy flour. Does anyone have a recipe? Thanks!!

Don't just replace flour with soy...soy has a higher moisture content and will make your dough a paste rather than dough. There are lots of good vegan and vegetarian cookbooks out there and on the web. Amazon.com has a wonderful selection and I have one ordered that is for pasta.
