if camels store water for a long time, does that mean they dont piss for weeks or does it work differently? i just really wanna know how much camels piss

Not Much! Camels can go weeks without water so wasting it as piss won't be a good idea

Hmm... Im thinking that there is more water lost through perspiration to keep cool, respiration and all that so only concentrated "urine" will be exuded in the end.

Their kidneys are capable of concentrating their urine markedly to reduce water loss. The urine can become as thick as syrup and have twice the salt content of sea water.
