my fav is cucumbers and tomato salad.
You just slice up both and put alot of salt and pepper and extra virgin olive oil. You can add sliced onions if you like. Italian seasoning is yummy if added to and vinegar. But usually i put all that in there and throw down. Oh and a peice of toasted wheat bread as an adder to your meal. Hope you like.

Hey, come on, try this new thing:
Mix up some chopped onions and all purpose flour and a little salt after adding very little water enough to roll. (The remaining things you could add are chillies or peppers or little shredded cabbage)
Now, take the mix in table spoons and deep fry in oil until they brown and crunchy.

Now the onion fritters are ready..eat them with some sauce/chutney..

if you buy organic peanut butter... you can make "ants on a log".

cut some celery stalks in 3 or 4" chunks. spread some peanut butter in the "channel" part of the celery and put a few raisins on top of the peanut butter. good healthy snack.

Ever tried Nut Thins - they are pecan and rice chips and very good. You should find them at a health store for about 3 bucks.
