Well.....My absolute fav is spit roasted wild boar, I have eaten some fabulous foods from all around the world BUT wild boar is the best, I have never experienced anything else that can match it....The first time I had it was when I went to a very posh birthday party and the hosts parents had arranged this catering company to come in to do the food. IT was fabulous to say the least with loads ov cooked to perfection fresh vegetables. My favourite drink is champagne with a fresh strawberry in it.

Tapas, lots of tasty little dishes to pick at so you can satisfy all your cravings in one sitting. My favourite drink is either a nice Rioja or Vodka and cranberry juice. Yum Yum.
P.s, you can certainly pick out the American answers to this question can't you!

The best mel I've had was in San Francisco and it was swordfish. It was cooked to perfection and served over polenta. I think that we had it with white wine but I don't remember. Anyways that is the best so far.
