Nature's Valley Brand makes 2 granolla bars that are "heart healthy" high fiber etc.
One tastes like honey nut cheerios. It's good.

Granola can be healthy for the heart if it includes oatmeal - but beware of all the hidden fats and sugars! Some granola's and trail mixes are worse than candy bars! Consider toasting your own oatmeal, add peanuts,coconut, raisins, and a small amount of honey.

A company that I promote although I can't openly state the name of the company has great heart health products including but not limmeted to a bar called Fiberwise all of these products are absolutly great tasting and give you about 3.2 grams of fiber each.

granola cereal ( or bought in bulk) add raisins and dried cranberries add to fat free french vanilla yogurt amazing!!!!!
also flax ground up on eggs or in most foods is really good for ur cholesteral flax ia amazing and omega 3 there are omega 3 eggs in most grocery stores. . another great granola trick is too add nuts and experiment w/ dried fruits adds great flavour and fibre
