To go from a rest state to a standing position can cause a blood pressure change. You may be feeling your heart trying to adjust to the sudden change. My first guess would be that you might be anemic. Anemia is easily treated, but it is important to be tested to determine the cause so the appropriate treatment is given. You could have a heart problem as well. I had a heart problem when I was 27 and my only symptom was that I was extremely tired in the morning and had to alternate between lying and sitting on the couch for a couple of hours before I could sit upright without a problem. Fortunately I worked evening shift! The heart problem was fixed and now it is fine. You might not have either of these problems, but the best thing to do is to pick up the phone and make an appointment with your doctor. So - first thing in the morning you will pick up the phone and call OK?

No one can diagnose this properly. We aren't doctors and other than using a little common sense, we don't have a real clue.
Sounds like it could be exhaustion and standing too fast makes the heart work harder slowing the blood to the extremities.
Go to the doctor, don't trust a bunch of well meaning, but ignorant (as in not sure what we're talking about), people to tell you what's wrong.

you may need to go to a cardiologist (heart doc) and have him perform an EKG on you so he can see what your heart is doing. if you are 'missing beats', you can be placed on medication that may help you or you may need to undergo some sort of surgery to fix the problem. either way, getting a clear diagnosis from a cardiologist will put you on the right path to fixing the problem.

you also could be suffering from orthostatic hypertension, which is when your blood pressure suddenly drops when you either sit or stand up too quickly. sometimes this can feel as if your heart may be 'skipping'. go to a cardiologist and have him/her do some tests to figure things out.

You haven't given enough information for anyone to make a diagnosis...and by the way, only doctors can legally diagnose, it's why they go to school for 8+years. In my opinion, the symptoms you have shared could be anything from dehydration to cardiac insufficiency. If what you are experiencing is interfering with your life or frightening you, then for heaven's sake get to a doctor.

Where is your Doctor? How old are you? What are you doing for activity? What are you eating ? Why are you not going to the doctor. You probably need to have a check up and let your doctor what is going on. In the mean time journal everything you are doing so that the doctor has an even better idea of whats up?

you need to provide more info....such as drug use prescribed and over the counter, age, weight, height, diet habits, etc. without more background it is difficult to say for sure.
you seem to have the classic symptoms of orthostatic hypotension, but this can be affected by all of the factors you didn't give information about.
