I have no problems ordering a ringed doughnut..If the person behind the counter thinks im gonna use it for something erotic then thats theyre problem lol..Maybe one day i'll just ask if they can measure the hole width so it feels better ..

I've just asked someone for "a doughnut with a hole" and I wasn't embarrassed at all, so it must be your unique problem.
You should be asking for "ring doughnuts" anyway.

I have never asked for a doughnut that way. Perhaps you find it erotic and therefore feel embarassed when you ask for one. Try asking for a ring doughnut.

Probably because you are a traditionalist. When I was a kid we made donuts at home all donuts had holes in them. The "holes" were either combined back into the dough bowl for recyling into the tradional "donut" or, were often cooked and eaten seperately as mini-donuts now called "Munchkins" at Dunkin Donuts.
