Never discard seeds.

Even the peel of Karela is relishing.

Sprinkle lil salt on the peel and keep aside for 1 hour.

Fry onions till brown add finely chopped tomatoes then add the peel ( which should be washed thoroughly) keep stirring, then add chilli pd and turmeric, salt, crushed garlic and ginger chopped.
Not to add water,simmer on slow flame till dry.

Best with parathas/roti

seeds can be cooked and made tasty... remove seeds, clean in water and dry for 1 hour, take pan with very very little oil,.. in the mean time apply salt in the seeds before drying.. put the seed in the hot oil..remove when turn brown or little more in darker side.. when cool they are crunchy crispy and tasty.. same for PUMPKIN seeds
