Yes. The real question is how likely is that to occur? It is a 'lower' risk activity than some other activities like anal sex, but higher than say a handjob.

you sure can. aids is contracted by semen(the virus is carried in by that) so once you swallow, and even if you dont, just having it in your mouth will be sufficient in contracting
