As a dietitian, we tell people that as parents, you are responsible for the WHAT your child eats, and WHEN your child eats. You determine what food you will serve and what time meals and snacks will be served. Then, your child is in control of HOW MUCH she eats (don't force her to clean her plate) and IF she will eat it.
In other words you give her the foods and the time, but she gets to decide if she eats it and how much of it she eats. If she doesn't eat what you fix, don't fix her anything else (like Maggie noodles). Tell her she must wait until the next meal/snack time to eat if she doesn't like what you fixed. She won't starve, and will eventually start eating what you fix. If she gets hungry between meals/snacks, tell her she must wait until mealtime or snack time. Children should have 3 meals and 2-3 snacks each day.
This technique can help prevent picky eaters. After all, if you always fix what your child wants, what motivation does she have to try anything new? She will just stick to what she knows she likes.
It can also help prevent obesity/overweight in children. They can eat all they want at meal times (HOW MUCH), but won't be able to snack all day long whenever they feel like it. If your child is overweight, still let them eat as much as they want at meal/snack times, but provide healthy low calorie foods at snack, such as raw veggies or fresh fruit.
Remember, you decide:
WHAT foods to serve
WHEN they will be served
Your child should decide:
IF they will eat
HOW MUCH they will eat

Get her into the habit of eating rice atleast for one meal promise her that she will get maggi but after she has a little bit of rice with veggies!
Try Fried rice, Rajmah Rice, Sambhar rice, Lime rice for varitey. I personally find Rajmah Rice and Sambhar rice wholly fullfilling and they protiens too!
Do mash up the rajmah in rajmah rice and the veggies in sambhar so that she does not complain about the amount of stuff she needs to eat!
Or even maggie if you can switch to Atta maggi Just add shredded carrots , beans, peas and beat some egg and add to maggi. This way she would get to eat her maggi and you get to relax!
keep trying.

I don't know what Maggie noodles are but NOT eating rice won't hurt her. People should even stay away from white rice period.

Do not bring the stock at home instead bring egg noodles. Chowmein/chop suey is sumptuous and every child loves it.
If she love noodles she will like chowmein.
Also buy coloured pasta even that looks attractive and cooked with cheese taste much better than maggie noodles
When you serve rice use small fish/flower shaped moulds. Oil the mould and fill rice then unmould it. Garnish with coriander or fried onions or nuts.

Talk to her about nutrition if she is old enough to understand. Ask her to help you cook the rice--doing little things like help you wash it, ladle it into a bowl, whatever.
And I'm with the nutritionist above, as well as the person who suggested you just stop buying the noodles.

Research has shown that the chemicals used to keep the noodles non-sticky have carcinogens(may cause cancer). Regular diet of instant noodles may cause serious health problems.
Try using veriety of rice dishes (lemon rice, pulao etc.). Contact a child psychologist for further help.

I'm sure it's a texture thing. Just ease up and let her explore rice on her own, w/ fried rice, rice puddings, sushi rice (sticky), risotto, etc. If you force it, you will only seal in her mind that rice is nasty and something to be feared.

To get kids to change their eating habits, I always use sugar. Just add some to whatever you are cooking and they will take to it. Then, you slowly reduce the sugar quantity everytime you cook. And they will get use to the food.
You can also try to cook the rice a little softer or harder, depending on what she prefers. Or add sweet potatoes when cooking the rice to flavor it.
Good Luck.

On television once, a female cook was saying that her children do not like Rice or Pasta and to make it look appetising, she added beetroot juice and then they ate them.
It is a wonderful colour.
